Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your spot. Cancellations: If you cancel your booking for any reason, your booking fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their own booking online up to 24 hours before the event/session without penalty. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and the booking fee will be forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled booking and have not rescheduled in advance, your booking fee will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
